At Wild and Precious, we believe that life—and work—should be just that: wild, precious, and filled with joy! Our team is a shining example of this philosophy, radiating kindness, loyalty, and a fun-loving spirit that makes every day an adventure. As the owner, I feel incredibly blessed to work alongside such an amazing group of ladies who truly embody what it means to love people and love what you do. I wish everyone could meet them in person, but for now, I'm excited to share some fun facts about these extraordinary women who make our team so special!
First up... MEG
I met Meg in college and when I put out a call for someone to help me with our curvy line, Meg immediately offered and she's been with W&P ever since. When I say it's been a JOY hanging with Meg on Thursday nights, taking model photos in my back yard and embracing W&P expanding our friendship, I MEAN IT. You may recognize her from her photos on our website and her presence during our live sales.

Mel has been with Wild & Precious for 3 years now and we can't imagine W&P without her. Mel has dabbled in ALL things W&P and has been such a committed and motivated team member. She helps coordinate events, manage staff and happenings within the shop and makes sure everyone knows what's going down on social media.

Meet Alexis...
Alexis is our super sweet, knowledgable and dependable team member, and she's been a part of the team for two years now! She helps manage, organize and process inventory as well as creates the listings for all of our products, and you'll also see her friendly smile during our open hours. So thankful for this girl!

- What made you want to work for W&P? I love the small business setting!
- Favorite Food: My favorite food is either steak or chicken wraps
- Favorite Movie or Show: I like romance comedy shows or movies and I like to watch any new movies or shows in Netflix so I don't quite have a favorite.

- What do you do besides W&P? I love watching movies and TV shows, but I also love to travel and do any activity I can with my 2 pups! I also make dog bandanas (Dizzy Doodle Danas) Opal has so kindly brought my bandanas to the shop and I couldn't be more grateful!

Meet Annalise...
Annalise just celebrated one year with W&P and wow has she accomplished a lot in a short amount of time. She is doing an amazing job managing our Etsy site and wholesale piece of the business. She started as an amazing loyal customer of W&P and we are elated to have her on the team as a constant small business (and Grafton) supporter! We are so thankful for her bright personality and her willingness to fill in and help out with anything.

- What made you want to work for W&P? I was a customer for many years and have always loved how positive, encouraging and welcoming W&P is! I stay home with my two girls, so I love being around our customers and team a couple days a week. It's more than a boutique with super cute clothes and gifts, it's a community of amazing women in the area!

Meet Becca...
You just never know when paths will cross again. Becca and I went to high school together, yep! Another Grafton Alumni on the team. Becca has been with us almost a year now and we could not be more thankful. We were so grateful to add Becca to the team when we opened the Cedarburg pop up and are so grateful that she stayed on the team and now helps us in Grafton too. Becca has been amazing at always going with the flow and stepping up for whatever W&P needs. You may recognize her from the website and our live sales too!

Meet Emily...
Emily joined our team last year after being reffered to us from Annalise (it always means SO much when current team members recommend others for our growing team) and she did an amazing job at our Cedarburg location over the holidays. She also has saved me HOURS (and headaches ;)) remerchandising the shops - she is such a creative gem and we're thankful to have her at W&P. We are so thankful for Emily and her ability to totally transform the shop!

- What made you want to work for W&P? My cousin Annalise has been working for W&P, and she had nothing but amazing things to say about working for Opal and W&P. So, as soon as I heard there was an opening I jumped at the opportunity! All the praises Annalise sang were 100% true, and I am so lucky I get to be part of this amazing team.

Meet Theresa...
Theresa joined us last year and helped out on our weekend crew at our Cedarburg location - and do we appreciate her attention to detail! She helps with checking over our mobile app, website and social media for updates. We've also put her on inventory duty to help us identify discrepancies - a MUST have skillset for retail. She has such a warm personality, kind smile and is always willing to step in and help if needed.

Sarah is our most recent teammate and when she reached out about a position at W&P, I knew I needed to jump on it. She's been a long time supporter of the boutique and ALL small business - she's quite the entrepreneur herself as well! ;) Sarah is so easy going and fun to be around. I'm so thankful she's on the team.

- What made you want to start W&P? I wanted a challenging creative outlet to connect with others - this business started with my handlettered designs TEN years ago now.
