Meet the W&P Team

Meet Annalise... 

Annalise just celebrated one year with W&P and wow has she accomplished a lot in a short amount of time. She is doing an amazing job managing our Etsy site and wholesale piece of the business. She started as an amazing loyal customer of W&P and we are elated to have her on the team as a constant small business (and Grafton) supporter! We are so thankful for her bright personality and her willingness to fill in and help out with anything. 

Fun Facts About Annalise:  

1. What made you want to work for W&P? I was a customer for many years and have always loved how positive, encouraging and welcoming W&P is! I stay home with my two girls, so I love being around our customers and team a couple days a week. It's more than a boutique with super cute clothes and gifts, it's a community of amazing women in the area! 
2. Favorite Food: Anything pasta or seafood, a go-to of mine is the Shrimp Pasta at The Stillery
3. Favorite Movie or Show: Anything on Bravo, HGTV or Food Network
4. Favorite Free Time Activity: Does online window shopping count? . I love family time. There's nothing better than a slow Sunday afternoon with my husband watching our girls giggling. This season goes by way too fast, so we're just trying to soak it up as much as we can!

Meet Becca... 

You just never know when paths will cross again. Becca and I went to high school together, yep! Another Grafton Alumni on the team. Becca has been with us almost a year now and we could not be more thankful. We were so grateful to add Becca to the team when we opened the Cedarburg pop up and are so grateful that she stayed on the team and now helps us in Grafton too. Becca has been amazing at always going with the flow and stepping up for whatever W&P needs. You may recognize her from the website and our live sales too! 

Fun Facts About Becca:  

1. What made you want to work for W&P?  What made me want to work for W&P was Opal, who is a phenomenal supportive owner & and great person in general who has developed this beautiful community of women supporting women, but also has created a great team of employees that are just as supportive!
2. Favorite Food: Sushi
3. Favorite Free Time Activity: Off-roading, kayaking & any outdoor activity that my dogs can be with me for!

Meet Emily... 

Emily joined our team last year after being reffered to us from Annalise (it always means SO much when current team members recommend others for our growing team) and she did an amazing job at our Cedarburg location over the holidays. She also has saved me HOURS (and headaches ;)) remerchandising the shops - she is such a creative gem and we're thankful to have her at W&P.  We are so thankful for Emily and her ability to totally transform the shop! 

Fun Facts About Emily:  

1. What made you want to work for W&P? My cousin Annalise has been working for W&P, and she had nothing but amazing things to say about working for Opal and W&P. So, as soon as I heard there was an opening I jumped at the opportunity! All the praises Annalise sang were 100% true, and I am so lucky I get to be part of this amazing team. 
2. Favorite Food: Sushi
3. Favorite Movie or Show: Gilmore Girls
4. Favorite Free Time Activity: Cooking + Baking 
5. What do you do besides W&P? I work in HR for a local manufacturing company.

7. Favorite thing about W&P? The people! The coworkers are some of the sweetest and most inspiring women I have ever met.

Meet Theresa... 

Theresa joined us last year and helped out on our weekend crew at our Cedarburg location - and do we appreciate her attention to detail! She helps with checking over our mobile app, website and social media for updates. We've also put her on inventory duty to help us identify discrepancies - a MUST have skillset for retail. She has such a warm personality, kind smile and is always willing to step in and help if needed.

1. What made you want to work for W&P? Staff is amazing and the clothes are always so cute.
2. Favorite Food: Chili
3. Favorite Movie or Show: White Christmas
4. Favorite Free Time Activity: Spend time with my family and my dog
5. What do you do besides W&P? Paint

Meet Sarah... 

Sarah is our most recent teammate and when she reached out about a position at W&P, I knew I needed to jump on it. She's been a long time supporter of the boutique and ALL small business - she's quite the entrepreneur herself as well! ;) Sarah is so easy going and fun to be around. I'm so thankful she's on the team. 

Fun Facts About Sarah:  

1. What made you want to work for W&P? I love the people and the clothes and what W&P stands for. It seemed like a fun place to work considering I was shopping all the time and attending the events.  :) 
2. Favorite Movie or Show: my favorite movie is Elf 
3. Favorite Free Time Activity: Reading and shopping 
4. What do you do besides W&P?

Molly + Joss + Emily + Jill...we couldn't do it without our ladies who fill in when we are in a pinch. They are always willing to lend a hand even if they aren't consistently on our schedule. So thankful that even in their busy lives, they make time for W&P when we need extra hands. It really does take ALL OF US to make this small biz life work.

Fun Facts About Opal:  

1. What made you want to start W&P? I wanted a challenging creative outlet to connect with others - this business started with my handlettered designs TEN years ago now. 
2. Favorite Movie or Show: anything Christmas 
3. Favorite Free Time Activity: walking to a local coffeeshop with the fambam
4. What do you do besides W&P? I'm a momma of four - I do a lot of mommin' and drinking coffee. I also love date nights to fun new restaurants with the hubs, yoga, and hitting up amazing small businesses for yummy food and drinks.
